How long has Liora been around?
Liora launched in February 2023 and has been proudly serving customers ever since.
When will my order ship?
Orders typically process within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive a tracking email once shipped.
How long does delivery take?
USA orders usually arrive in 5–12 business days after shipment. International orders: 7–20 business days depending on customs.
Do you accept returns?
Returns are only accepted within 7 days of delivery if items are unused, unopened, and in original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping. Most situations are resolved with exchanges, store credit, or warranty support instead of refunds.
What if my item is damaged or defective?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or video evidence. Verified defects are handled through troubleshooting, replacement parts, or an exchange. Refunds are considered only if no other solution is possible.
Is there a warranty?
Yes. Liora products include a limited 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects. Issues must be reported within 7 days of discovery with proof. Remedies are usually repairs, replacements, or store credit; refunds are a last resort.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Email us within 12 hours of placing your order. After processing begins, changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Import duties and taxes are assessed by your local customs office and are the buyer’s responsibility.
