Limited Warranty

Coverage
Liora warrants products against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for 6 months from the delivery date. This warranty is strictly limited to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
What We’ll Do
- First, we provide troubleshooting support and replacement parts where applicable.
- If the issue cannot be solved, we may offer an exchange for the same or comparable product or store credit.
- A refund is considered only as a last resort if no other solution is possible.
Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear, cosmetic scratches, or expected aging of materials;
- Damage from misuse, neglect, accidents, spills, or improper installation;
- Products altered, repaired, or modified by the customer or third parties;
- Commercial or non-household use unless specified in product details;
- Situations resulting from shipping delays, environmental factors, or customer handling.
How to Make a Claim
- Email shop.liora@outlook.com within 7 days of discovering the defect. Claims made after this period may not be honored.
- Provide your order number, a clear description of the issue, and supporting photos or videos.
- We may request the product (or affected parts) be returned for inspection. Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless a verified defect is confirmed.
Limitation
This warranty is exclusive and replaces all other warranties, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Liora’s liability is limited to the remedies above and shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.
